Born and raised in New Hampshire, I've enjoyed staying in close contact with my friends and family. The one thing I miss is keeping all of the notes from my friends that would be folded up into those small little triangles! All the memories, thoughts, and dreams were locked in those pages and now they are gone. Now we are in a world of technology where communication is through email, texts, and blogs and I feel like we've lost that special connection that stories and memories hold.
My desire to get back to the basics and capture the thoughts and feelings is what excited me the most about joining Cherish Bound. I have two beautiful little girls and a great husband that I love and adore and I can now spend more time making memories instead of trying to capture the old ones with scrapbooking.
I really enjoyed scrapbooking but I got so tied up in the design of the pages that I felt overwelmed with how behind I was with the girls books that I just gave up and stopped altogether. The most important thing their books were missing were the stories filled with feelings and memories. I really believe that it's those special moments captured through your words that people will enjoy the most when your books are passed down through generations.
